The new kid on the blog.

So, i thought i might start myself a blog, considering it's what all the indie kids are doing these days, and the only way people are going to read stories about my life is if they find out about who i am as a person.

So to begin my blog, i'd like to tell the world a little about myself. So first of all.

G'day world, my name is Joshua Eric Peter Mark Olek, I'm 17 years old and I'm becoming a legality in 23 days. I'm the eldest of 7 kids, but only 2 of which i am directly blood related. My most favorite ones are those of which that are interested by the littlest of things, namely, my half brothers Danté (6 years old) and Orlando (3 Years old). I like to think i know my way around a guitar, and have a "enthusiastic" voice to accompany it. My life pretty much revolves around music, school and my friends. This year, i have come to the realisation that you should take your friends on the basis of you're opinion of them and the way you interact with them, not on the opinion of others. With this revelation i have become blessed with some friends that i will (hopefully) hold dear to me for the rest of my life. This year i have become more excited at the prospect of music becoming a much larger part of my life. The last 5 years i have taught myself the guitar, via the sheer awesomeness of the interwebz. This has given me the ability to really appreciate music and it has made me understand what a big role music plays in my life. This year i have recently become of a musical duet, "The Dangerous Obsessions", with my good friend Danny patience. I am genuinely really excited about the prospects of where this could go, but also wouldn't mind if it was just us jamming, because, and not to sound too cliché either, to me its about the music, but enough about that. As this is year 12 for me, this dictates who and/or what i will be/do for the rest of my life. This is why alot of my life is currently focused on how i perform at school, making it kinda important to me. Wow, i sound like a nerd... haha

So pretty much, to sum up my life,
1. I'm A member of a fairly big family
2. I love music and
3. School is balls, but it gets you where you need to go.
